1) All orders must be placed within 48 to 72 hours notice. Some exceptions may apply.
2) A deposit or full payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders are not secured until payment is received.
3) Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of pick up. Deposits on orders are non-refundable.
4) Pick up is by appointment only at a designated location. Customers must arrive at the agreed time. Late pick ups may affect product quality. For safety and privacy, the exact home address will be provided after order confirmation.
5) The product is made in a home kitchen that is inspected and approved by the Health Department. Products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and soy. We cannot guarantee allergen free products.
6) Customers are responsible proper storage after pick up. Instructions will be provided where necessary. We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage.
7) We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to ordering.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. No returns or refunds for change of mind or late pick ups.
